I believe authenticity, passion, hard work and a touch of wit are the key ingredients to every successful event. Just like you, I want to create that completely original, utterly unforgettable event. Most importantly, I want it to be a reflection of you and for it to bring out the best in you. I love logistics and comprehensive event management.
I look for clients who are adventurous, down to earth and open to collaboration. As the owner behind every TWS wedding or event, I dedicate myself to each and every client. We create events that are one of a kind, yet always approachable, comfortable, and an experience you’ll love and remember.

A well planned wedding is beautiful, relaxed, fun, and makes even the most distant relatives misty eyed. As a wedding planner, I am honored to be part of making a couple’s vision of that perfect day, a reality.
I’m from Green Bay, WI where the weddings are big, and the dancing goes late into the night. I met my husband after college in Madison, WI. There we planned our own very funky Madison wedding. In the high country I have been part of glorious, breath-takingly beautiful weddings. This is a stunning place, to live and a magical place to exchange vows.
With my past experience, hard working nature, and knowledge of all things wedding - from food and wine, to decor and coordination - I can confidently assist you in creating that beautiful, relaxed, fun, celebration; that makes everyone misty eyed, even me.

I love, LOVE!!! When searching for the perfect college internship, I contacted Meris and knew right away I had found the company I wanted to work for. The team was genuine, down to earth, passionate, and had a way of making me feel welcome from the moment I met them. That’s the feeling and experience that we want all of our clients to have.
As a recent ASU grad, I’m splitting my time between the High Country and Raleigh; planning events in both locations.
I have traveled to three continents and plan to visit all seven! I love Frank Sinatra, a good Riesling, fuzzy socks and all things Appalachian. You can find me reading the news, running an absurd number of miles on a greenway somewhere or watching all things pertaining to The Bachelor. I bring a sweet southern charm, creativity, and a kind smile to all events.
